What is Red Party Manager?
Red Party Manager (RPM) is a one-stop web-based application that puts the tools and data you need to run your County Republican party in one place. Since RPM is web-browser based, all you need is a laptop or desktop with Internet access – no application to load. Your data is stored in a Cloud-hosted database environment – secure, available, and backed up.
Why do I need RPM?
Running a County Party is like running a small business. You need tools and data to keep the business running smoothly. Most County parties either don’t have the tools, or they are using multiple disconnected systems – which makes it difficult to integrate and find things.
If any of these questions make you nervous, you need RPM:
- How many systems do you use to run your County Party?
- What happens if your Tech expert moves or decides to take a break for a few years?
- Are transitions between incoming and outgoing Party Chairs smooth or difficult?
- Where is County Party data stored? Is it easy to find? Is it accessible? Is it backed up? Is it protected?
- Can volunteers and people running for office self-serve when it comes to building walk and phone lists?
- Do you know exactly what physical assets the party owns and where those assets are located?
- Who are your volunteers, and in what areas are they skilled or interested in?
RPM has modules designed to manage the following:
People:
Contacts – Names, addresses, phone and email information
Volunteers – Interests, Skills, and specific roles in which they want to Serve
Donors – names, dates and amounts of donations
Officials – elected Officials who represent your County – from Federal to Precinct level
County Voter Data:
- Look up voters to check their Voter Status and other basic information
- Use advanced filtering to generate targeted walk and phone lists
Assets:
- Inventory and track any hard assets your County Party owns
- File management – RPM integrates with your Microsoft 365 OneDrive
- Calendar – RPM integrates with your Google Calendar
- Email – RPM integrates with your web email client
Users:
Access to data and functionality is managed by “Roles”. RPM Users can be assigned the following roles:
- RPM Admin – full access to all data and features – typically Party officers and IT
- RPM Support – access to data and features – typically trusted volunteers and IT
- RPM User – access to county voter data – Precinct Captains, volunteers, candidates for office, elected officials
Integrations:
Rather than re-invent the wheel, RPM integrates with other systems to provide:
- File Management – RPM integrates with your Microsoft 365 OneDrive
- Calendar – RPM integrates with your Google Calendar
- Email – RPM integrates with your web email client

Why was RPM Created?
After working with County Party systems and data, it was obvious that the tools available were not integrated, not adequate, and data quality and duplication were problematic. There was also
a lack of capability to perform precise voter targeting because there wasn’t an intuitive interface to query the data. County parties do their best, but often do not have modern IT tools, or are dependent on a lone IT expert volunteer, which can create a bottleneck during peak political seasons. Some counties may not have skilled IT volunteers. To be effective in today’s political environment, county parties must leverage data and technology.
RPM solves these problems:
- Intuitive tools to capture and maintain Party data
- Managed data with built-in quality controls
- Granular yet intuitive voter data querying and list building interface
- Integration with OneDrive for file management and access
- Integration with Calendar (Google, Microsoft 365)
What is the billing model?
RPM is a subscription service. You can pay on a monthly or annual basis. Included in the subscription is a monthly update of your county voter data. Due to startup configuration, a one-year commitment is required. After that you may cancel at any time, and your data will be returned on removable media.
Is there support?
- Tech Support is included – contact information will be provided.
- In person training or remote training is available at additional cost.
